of catty eyes and a mirror onlooker

i woke up late for morning class and i kept snoozing my alarm clock - what was suppose to be a 8:30am wake up became a 9:50am wake up. what a pig! so, my lecturer for this paper 2 is one of the best and hes really devoted to making all of us pass and covering the syllabus extensively. im pleased to have such a teacher but i jus realised it comes at the cost of my sleep. my wednesday classes will start from 9:30am instead of the usual 10am. hey no complains (slaps myself) its only for the better good!

did i mention that i had to rush home after class as i forgot to bring my cell phone with me? hmm, i still strongly believe that im a person who can survive without a cell phone. since i lost my phone in beijing, my belief in that jus got stronger!



so i came home to see my sister in her very lousy attempt in cooking italian cuisine for her upcoming home economics test. haha! she was tryin to do a cream base pasta when she doesnt have a clue about how to do a tomato base one. to put it simply: she was tryin to fly before she could even walk. hmm, very sharlynn indeed! :P so it ended up with me teaching her how to use the best out of her ingredients (of which some were wrong, like having bought the wrong cheese....) haha.

and the rest of the day saw me spending time with my boyfriend, J. haha, we went to play pool together and he said that ive improved :) gee, im so happy! i know that if i concentrate i can definately play well. and i had to once again drag that lazy kid to his make up class. thankfully for him, he has me for his model and his motivating factor to go to class. hey! i honestly think its way cool that i can get my guy to do my make up for me when i go for functions with my mummy and stuff. so today was still in the 70s look but we tried doing catty eyes. there were two styles demonstrated and we decided with doing the more natural one. the other one was too va va vrrooom with diamonds and what nots. oh my oh my! check out the pics!

My artist. i seriously understand why twiggy never really had smiles in her photoshoots. somehow, the makeup style doesnt look as good when im smiling. or is it jus me? haha!





The teacher said that J does a good job in blending the eye shadow.. :) what say u guys? well, i wont let compliments get to his head! but yeah, i think that its not too bad for a guy. at least better than the stupid artist at M.A.C IS that served me vic and elaine months back. that guy is so lousy in his blending and eye shadow application! elaine swears by it!
